We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great as we could easily walk to the beautiful historical center of the town. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide us with information and directions to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The in-room breakfast service was a lovely touch, allowing us to start our day at our own pace. The hotel also offered free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony with a nice view.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

Hotel is very well located for visiting Mount Etna for summer exploration and winter sports. The final time for arrival at the hotel was 23.00 hrs. We arrived at 23.30 hrs to find the reception manager still there waiting to receive us. We were pleased.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the little town is really charming - such a nice place to stay. The restaurants that the hotel recommended were excellent.

Very calm area , very helpful staff at the reception. Very clean.

Great deal. Only 50€ per night. And Castelbouno is not expirienced from a hotel anyway.. We had a small balcony and the room was fresh. Great value for your money!

Maybe not as fancy as Ysigo, but nice enough.

It served as a great home base for exploring the surrounding mountains and was just minutes away from the bustling downtown area and historical center. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was clean, comfortable, and offered all the standard facilities, including a modern bathroom with a window and free wi-fi. I enjoyed the generous breakfast spread and the fresh cappuccinos made to order in the morning.

I did experience some noise as my room was located on a busy street.

Good breakfast. Big room. The staff were very friendly and they even wait me for the bus in the morning. The bus to Cefalù and Palermo stops at the hotel door, therefore I think that it is a good idea stay at this hotel being able to visit the beautiful and big cities around. However, the frequency is small.

The hotel is very close to the city center but in the road and there isn't space for pedestrians.

The hotel is well-located and easy to find. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern and functional bathrooms. The free Wi-Fi works well and the breakfast is satisfying, with a range of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers free parking which is always a bonus when exploring a new city.

The noise from the main street can be disruptive early in the morning. The lack of additional blankets in the room made for a chilly night's sleep, so it might be worth packing an extra layer just in case. we enjoyed our city break at this hotel and would recommend it to others looking for a simple and comfortable stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Though on the main street it's not obvious to find. Look out for the q8 petrol station as it is very close to that. The 'free' parking is on road parking and depends on whether there is any space available on a street at the back of the hotel. The soundproofing was woeful between our room and the next door room's en suite so all ablutions are shared with your neighbours sound wise and if they use the toilet in the night you'll be likely to be woken up. There was a balcony but only one chair to take outside to sit on so it wasn't as useful as it could have been.

Had a lovely Easter break at this hotel. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast, great hot shower and clean rooms. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all the popular attractions in the area with ease. We also enjoyed the sociable and very helpful staff who were always on hand to make our stay even better.

The hotel could have been quieter as the street was a bit noisy at times. , there were a few car repair shops and a gas station nearby which were not very appealing.
